The improvements in materials and finishes have allowed the finishes of the lifts to be of higher quality and to better integrate with the building where the lift is installed. These improvements are intended to update floors with materials of higher quality and durability such as porcelain flooring, walls or panels with materials such as skinplate, much more resistant, new button panels with floor indicators or large displays in the car with Full HD resolution.
You can reduce the electrical consumption of lifts with various measures. The main measure is to replace the electric motor of the lift with a regenerative one that recovers part of the energy, being able to achieve savings of almost 80% of the power bill. Another measure is to install a stand-by system for the lift, to turn it off when it is not being used and start up when requested. Finally, another measure that helps reduce consumption in the lift car is to replace fluorescent lighting with LED lighting, achieving savings of an average 80 Pounds in power consumption.
The lifts are safe, since they tend to undergo strict security checks on a frequent basis, but there are improvements in this matter. Photoelectric sensors, for example, help to detect if an obstacle is in front of the lift door and it does not close until the obstacle is removed, avoiding possible incidents.
The last section consists of reviewing certain key points of the car that usually suffer wear and tear to replace them preventively before they finish deteriorating completely, this being a lot cheaper than waiting for them to be completely damaged or adjusting certain elements without replacing them to avoid an excessive wear, giving you the peace of mind that the lift will function properly for longer.
MODERNISATION PROCESS OF A LIFT
The first phase tries to analyze the improvement points that can be applied to the lift to improve its operation or replace parts that are susceptible to wear and tear. All this analysis will be carried out by qualified personnel.
Our salesperson will launch a proposal to improve the lift with all the points for improvement found in the diagnostic phase. From this proposal you can choose which points you want to improve.
Once the improvement points proposed by the assigned person have been selected, our qualified personnel will carry out the improvements in the shortest possible time, trying to cause the least inconvenience to the residents of the building.
Once the work is finished, it will be verified that everything works correctly and the finished lift will be made available to the residents.
